Case Details
This 60 year old patient presented with a ruptured left saline breast implant. The capsule had contracted around the ruptured implant. The old implant was removed via an infra-mammary incision, and capsulotomy was performed to open up the capsule. A new smooth round saline implant was placed to match the right side. This was a moderate profile Natrelle saline breast implant with a volume of 420cc.
